Fi's Scrapbook & Craft Supplies and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to conditions.
If you visit or shop at Fi's Scrapbook & Craft Supplies, you accept these conditions.
Please read them carefully as detailed in the Conditions of Use.
SHIPPING
Shipping is charged at the normal Australian Post Rates based on the weight of your order and size of your order
that is to be shipped within Australia.
We charge a nominal $2.50 handling fee on top of the cost Australian Post Rates.
Please allow between 3-7 working days for normal postal delivery.
Please allow between 3-5 working days for express post delivery.
We will inform you if any goods are delayed from our distributors.
RETURNS
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase,
return it in its original packaging and condition within 20 days.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
To streamline a product return, we ask that you obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA)
number by either calling or emailing us, before returning product.
If the item we ship to you is defective we would be pleased to exchange it for you or return
your money.
In the unlikely event that you received a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same item
with no further postage and handling charge to you.
If you have ordered incorrectly, there will be another postage charge required to be paid prior
to the replacement items being sent.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to us on returned items, and your
shipping charges (on defective items only) will be credited back to you by way of Fi's Scrapbook & Craft Supplies
Gift Vouchers.
All replacement requests must be received within 20 calendar days from the date your order was shipped.
Absolutely no exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 20 calendar days from the date your
order was shipped.
All returned goods must be repacked in the same condition they were received.
Initial postage, delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
Incorrect, missing or damaged items must be reported via Email or phone within
24 hours of you receiving the goods.
Refunds are voided if returned items are found to be mishandled, miss-installed, modified, abused,
intentionally damaged, physically damaged or used under incorrect operating conditions for that
specific item.
